Thank you for participating in the beta testing program ("Beta Program") for Sage Interviews ("Beta Product"), operated by Sage ("Sage," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Beta Product, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Beta Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Beta Product.
The Beta Product is pre-release software and is provided "AS IS," without any warranties of any kind. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. The Beta Product may be incomplete or contain bugs, and we make no guarantees about its performance, availability, or reliability.
Sage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beta Product solely for testing and evaluation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Beta Product unless permitted by law or with our written permission.
We welcome your feedback. You agree that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Beta Product may be used by Sage freely and without restriction, including to improve the product or develop new features. You will not be compensated for any feedback.
The Beta Product and any non-public information we provide to you are confidential. You agree not to disclose any such information to third parties without our prior written consent. This obligation survives the end of your participation in the Beta Program.
We may collect technical data and usage information to improve the Beta Product. Any personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may contact you about your usage and feedback during the Beta Program.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Beta Product at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. You may stop using the Beta Product at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Beta Product, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, or any indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Beta Product indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
